I finally got Message Waiting working.  Its a bit slow on updating, but I guess it does work.  Now I'm trying to get CNAM working.  Here is my setup:

SP1 GV
SP2 CC  (for 911 and CNAM only)

GV Setup:
Google Chat checked OFF
Forward to CC# ON

I did most of the following using OBI-Expert (the MessageWaiting is not available from the Expert, but it is unchecked in both places when I log into the device)

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> Name : Callcentric
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> DigitMap:

(*123|**275*xx.|<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.'@'@@.)

where aaa is your local area code.

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> OutboundProxy : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> RegistrationPeriod : 3600

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : 1777nnnnnnn
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (sip password)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> CallerIDName : (callerid name)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> MWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_VMWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> MessageWaiting : (unchecked) (Default unchecked)

So I'm getting message notification and getting callerid #'s but not CNAM.

On a side note, I'm not sure what the CallerIDName is for.  Surely we don't have the ability to set our own CallerID information, do we?

I did most of the following using OBI-Expert (the MessageWaiting is not available from the Expert, but it is unchecked in both places when I log into the device)

From the expert config
Voice Service -> SPX -> Calling Features
MWIEnable
MWIEnable2
X_VMWIEnable

Or you can set those on the service provider configuration page from your dashboard.

Dashboard -> Click on your device -> Configure Voice Service Providers (click on the gear icon for the provider you want to set up or modify. The message waiting option is there.

Well it is checkd for GV and not available for CC.  As I said before, the VMW appears to be working.  It's just the CNAM that is the issue now.

Hi Fasttimes,

Please also verify that you have the following configured:

Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> RegistrarServer: callcentric.com
Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> UserAgentDomain: callcentric.com

Please also let us know what your status is for Status -> System Status -> SP2 Service Status.

Thanks!

Did you enable cname in cc?  I think it is off by default.

"Phone book" entries in cc *do* override cname.  It's a nice touch.
