DialPlan For Mexico
DownSouth:
I'm at my wit's end, not that I seem to have many anymore,
I need a dial plan for a OBi 110 and 212.
Since Mexico changed over to a 10 digit dial plan
and the US, etc use 11 digits it should be easy right?
Nope, though before I did a dial plan which is posted here.

Everything works EXCEPT the incoming call from the PSTN does not ring the phone if Primary is SP1.
Calls from the SIP lines do.
If I set it up with PSTN primary then I need to dial **1 for SP1 before it will work.
Been trying to get this working for hours, and just cannot get it done.
US and Canada use 1 + 10 digit dialing or 11 digit from most SIP providers.
Mexico now has 10 digit dialing, 911 plus 0 xx [2-8] special numbers.
911 immediate | service numbers | 10 digits from 1-9.
There is no 1 prefix in Mexico.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Primary Line is ONLY for outgoing calls. That setting should have no effect on any incoming calls. (Neither PSTN nor SIP).

What happens when you dial 1+10 digits?
Do you get the same result on both the 110 and 212?
You are missing the ending parenthesis.
Rules ending with “x.” will cause a 10 second delay.
I don’t like redundant code plus the following is easier to read.
Don’t know if this will fix your problem.
(0[2-8]xS4|[1-9]xxxxxx|001[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|01[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|044[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|045[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<**2>1777xx.|<**1>1xxxxxxxxxx|<**2>011xx.)
Edit:
Please post your SP1 digit map
DownSouth:
I have a feeling I confused things by mentioning the previous dial plan.
Mexico now requires 10 digits for all numbers local & long distance except 911, special services (0xx) and International (00)
No 01, 044, 045 no 11 digit numbers
I am using a totally different setup which obviously has problems.
I will post it if you wish but would prefer to tell you what I need and perhaps you can make a plan?
I'd like to get the 110 setup first as I gave it to a friend and he needs US service.
I just reset everything to default and configured the ITSPs and SPs with the providers info.

I don't understand, you have 011 and 11 digits going to both SP1 and SP2.
