One way audio on GV with Obi 202

Having one way audio on Obi 202 with both GV accounts. The other side cannot hear me. Same setting as with Obi100 which works without problems, I just set it up for an account of my relative. Any thoughts?

So far, Obi 202 has presented itself as a complete pain.Let's hope this improves fast.

The device seems to be defective and has to go back. let's hope that the next one works better.

I received a replacement Obi in about 3 days and mailed the defective unit back. But it was a vicious bug because it mimicked  a router/firewall problem. Fortunately I still had the old Obi 100 to compare.

Issue solved.
