RESOLVED ! Unable to dial out of PSTN line from a remote Obi throuh AA

I emailed support with some questions on the status and haven't heard back. Do you have any progress on finding the root cause of my issue ?

This issue has been resolved thanks to suggestions made by Obi Support.

The root cause was a bad inline DSL filter on the LINE port. Once I was able to replace the inline filter, I'm able to place calls dialling the remote OBI --> using AA and then dialling out of the PSTN port.

Thank eveyone for suggestions in finding a resolution.
