error 603

Sp1 is freephoneline voip sip account. Number for My area
Sp2 is google voice number for usa.
I set auto attendant to use outbound call sp1
And my cell phone number is in trusted circle.
When I call Sp1 from my cell (in trusted circle) and get the auto attendant.
So I press 2 in auto attendant and put a phone number # key
And I get an error 603 after one ring Why do I get this error?  It works if I use the obi android app

I know nothing about freephoneline, but I will throw this out there since it is late.

Does freephoneline support 2 sessions?

when you call in from the app you may not be using sp1 until the AA calls out. When you call in on Sp1 you are using one session, the AA tries to initiate another call on the same service for the outbound call.

Not sure if freephoneline support 2 sessions. It does have 3 way calling.

I found the answer you log in the freephoneline web site and enable the Follow Me Options setting do not put any phone number in the fields, Follow Me Options is like call fork or call forward.
