Change dial tone to line

DO_NOT_use_your_email:
I am using the obi110 in Israel. my service providers are google voice and call with us.
I have both providers not set as default because I like to use my POTS for the default dial out. the tones are somehow still American sounding. Is there a way I can have my country's tones be used instead?
