Is it possible to determine how many minutes incoming or outgoing that I use on the OBI Device?

Go to:

Status->Call History

Press "Save All" button on the top right.

Open file using M$ excel. Open as an XML file. You will get nice columns to do the math on the incoming/outgoing calls. You can get the last 200 calls in the history.
