Google Voice not connecting (keeps Connecting to 125.76.194.173)

Every now and then my OBi202 will fail to connect with Google Voice; keeps showing Connecting to 125.76.194.173.

I have to power it down and then restart it or reboot using the admin menu (through IP address) to work. However, both approaches are not useful if I am not around the OBi. I can use ***9 to reboot the device, but I am wondering if this is a known bug and there is anything that I can do about this.  

Kindly advice.

125.76.194.173 is not a Google Voice IP address.  It belongs to:

inetnum:      125.76.128.0 - 125.76.255.255
netname:     CHINANET-SN

descr:          A12,Xin-Jie-Kou-Wai Street
descr:          Beijing 100088
country:       CN

You might try setting a different DNS server in your router.

Thanks for pointing it out. I changed the default DNS (my ISP) to Google public DNS. I will keep an eye on this and update the thread if the issue reappears.
