caller id problem

hi, i'm using obi100 with googlevoice (line1), callwithus(line 2)
my problem is when I get incoming call with callwithus, when it's an anonymous call\number there's nothing displayed except for ''ringing'', but when it's a normal call, I get phone number and name on my phone screen. Same when I look on my obi config, it says there was an incoming call but no display on phone number or name.
