Nevermind... things are back up and running now. It was funny though: My SIP provider worked, but GV incoming/outgoing did not. Rebooted both OBIs. Both reported GV as connected, but I was still dead in the water. Hopefully it was just something weird on my end and not Google fiddling around with their settings again.
