This week the phone attached to the Obi stopped ringing. When I checked Google Voice, the Forward to Google Chat option had disappeared.
I went into Gmail, switched from Hangouts to Chat, made a few calls from there and then went back into Voice to see if the Google Chat option came back. No luck.
I did not just switch from Chat to Hangouts - it's been that way for over a year, but the issue of no ring/ no Google Chat option in GV just came up this past week.
Any ideas?
