For me, the main frame previews and prints correctly in Chrome and IE; Firefox previewed only the first page, but printing the frame to PDF gave three pages as expected.

Another option is to navigate directly to page http://ipaddress_here/SPEEDDIAL_.xml which is normally displayed in the frame. Probably better to be logged in first via http://ipaddress_here and then in the same browser window go to http://ipaddress_here/SPEEDDIAL_.xml and print that page (no frames to deal with).
Or create a backup configuration xml file (locally) and import the xml it into MS Excel. The speed dials are in the config file.

So what happens when you actually hit the Print button? It seems to work for us.
Also, if you are concerned about the Print Preview problem, you can always open the following address to print your list of Speed Dials:
http://IP_ADDRESS_OF_OBI/SPEEDDIAL_.xml (where IP_ADDRESS_OF_OBI is your OBI's IP Address)
That should bring up the Speed Dial list all by itself,

EDIT: infin8loop types too fast :) Beat me to it... in fact, his instructions are better because they include the export to spreadsheet option!!! Nice one!
