Can't get GV outbound working on OBi110

Hi, I'm having quite a bit of trouble getting GV outbound calling working on my new OBi110 (currently running firmware 1.3.0.2711, but I've also tried build 2690, and a hard reset).  Right now, status shows that GV is connected, but when I make a call I get a call disconnected tone after dialing the number.  In the call history it just shows "new call" then 1 second later "end call" with no errors.

I know the Google account works as I've tried making outbound calls from it via my OBi202, Talkatone, and Google phone extension.  Plus the settings for the ITSP Profile B and SP2 settings which I'm using for GV are identical to that on my OBi202 (except the OBi202 uses a different Google account) and that works flawlessly.  I don't believe it's a network issue as Talkatone and the Google phone web browser extension works fine on that network, and a SIP account on SP1 on the OBi110 works just fine.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.  It was a problem on Google's side that was straightened out.
