I found that when setting RingDelay to 0, the Automated Attendant wouldn't pick up when I called from a trusted phone number. I set it to 1000 and it works now.

AA only works in combination with CID. With a RingDelay to 0, the CID is not picked up by the AA. (In North America CID comes between the 1st and 2nd ring)
