Anyone have a Yealink phone working w/ an Obi100/202?

I just purchased an Obi202 that is working fine with my POTS phone and Google Voice.  Inbound and outbound calls work great.

I also have a Yealink SIP-T22p phone that I'm trying to configure to work with the Obi and that's where I'm having problems.

Anyone have this setup working that would be willing to share their config?
