Phone Port NOT DETECTING that Phone is connected !!!!

Hi everybody,

This morning I noticed that my Obi110 is not detecting the phone is connected, I try everything and searched for solutions, but nothing seems to work. I got a solid green even if I try to use the phone is not flashing the light any more. I did upgrade de firmware. Reset factory defaults by using the software and the hardware button. Try different cables and phones. I have no dial tone. And it if I connect the PSTN to my landline and Turn off the Obi, then I got dial tone on my phone.

Can this be a hardware issue? What is the manufacture warranty? I'll appreciate any help.

Hi again chivo,

I already replied to your post in the other sub-forum.  To answer your additional question in this post, the OBIs come with a 1-Year Hardware Warranty, when purchased from authorized sellers.
