Baffling issue with Obi100+Google Voice+Tracfone

Call Options has been unchecked for a day now.  Just got a call.  Pressed 4 and got the female voice telling me the call was being recorded!  Ugh!  It seems many people have been complaining they CANNOT turn OFF call options in Google Voice on the GV Forums.
