Obi100 setup with GV working fine on SP1.  Registration with Callcentric on SP2 failing.  Get the message:

Callcentric account   Register Failed: No Response From Server

I'm entering the call centric number and password correctly....

Thanks...

Hi crs8,

Do you have the following set on your OBI100?

Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> ProxyServer: callcentric.com
Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> RegistrarServer: callcentric.com
Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> UserAgentDomain: callcentric.com
Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > SIP -> OutboundProxy: callcentric.com

Also, these fields should be filled out with your name, your callcentric number beginning with 1 (e.g. 17775551212), and your password:
Service Providers > ITSP Profile B > General -> Name:
Voice Services > SP2 Service -> AuthUserName:
Voice Services > SP2 Service -> AuthPassword:

If all of this checks out, then we may need to troubleshooting your router.

Please let us know, :)

Hi pc44:

I enter all the parameters you list successfully, but after rebooting the OBI100 to save,  the parameters
are gone.

I always get the error:     Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=204.11.192.22:5060; retry in 8s)

Google Voice is working fine on SP1 on the Obi100..

crs8,

If the parameters you entered are being lost (i.e. not being saved properly), then you may need to take a look at this stickied post:  Managing Your OBi Device Configuration: OBiTALK or OBi Web Page but NOT Both

Also, after entering all of the parameters, make sure you are hitting Submit on each of those config pages, before you reboot the OBI.

Regarding no response from server, have you checking the firewall and port forwarding settings in your router?  If not, what model router are you using?  If the OBI is getting no response from CC during registration attempts, then perhaps something is blocking the CC server's response.

If your router has a setting for SIP ALG or similar, try turning it off.

If no luck, try turning on (in ITSP Profile B -> SIP) X_DnsSrvAutoPrefix .
