Any way to let iOS app utilize same dialing rules as PH (OBi110)

Hi everyone.. Im brand new and just actually switched out an OBi100 for a 110, mainly because I have a phone line supplied from my cable company that provides a) true enhanced 911 and b) free 411 calls.
I currently have SP1 set up with Google Voice, with a landline number I ported over first to Sprint and then GV. I also have a CallCentric free DID in New York (that I was using previously for 911 with the Obi100 -- but now I am just using it so I get caller ID with name when people call my GV number (which for all intents -- is the number everyone knows and calls). In GV, I have unchecked the option to forward to Google Talk, and instead - forward all GV calls to the CallCentric number.
We will call the GV number 631-123-4567
We will call the CallCentric Number 631-234-5678
I have the OBi110 set up in the following way, based on suggestions I have read here:
SP1: Google Voice
SP2: CallCentric (incoming only)
PH: Self-explanatory
LI: Cablevision Optimum Voice line (only for outgoing 911 and 411)
My ITSP Digit Map on Outgoing Settings is:
[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*]@@.)
My Phone Digit Map is:
([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|311|411|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))
My Phone OutBoundCallRoute is:
{(<#:>|911|411):li},{(<311:16318522677>):sp1},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}
311 takes me to my county's non-emergency number (631-852-2677)
My OBiTalk Inbound Call Route is as follows:
{(29xxxxxxx)>(Msp1):sp1},{29xxxxxxxx:aa},{ph}
(So I can do 7-digit dialing from the iOS Softphone app)
What I would like to do with the iOS Softphone app is the following:
- Use it for 411 to get free directory assistance routed through the Obi->Li
- Use it for 311 for non-emergency calls from the iOS app (this is not critical, I can set a contact in my iPhone if need be)
Is there any way I can do this?
Thanks,
Rick

Try this (no guarantee).
OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute:
{(29xxxxxxx)>(411):li},{(29xxxxxxx)>(311):sp1(16318522677)},{(29xxxxxxx)>(Msp1):sp1},{29xxxxxxxx:aa},{ph}

That seems to work perfect... Thanks!
