With power on and internet and phone connected, try reseting the OBi to factory defaults by using a paperclip to hold the reset button accessible on the bottom (through the hole with a circle around it) depressed for at least 30 seconds. The OBi will lose all its configuration data, so will need providers etc setting up again. The **9222222222 test should work with no configuration.
