routing international calls through SP2

A newbie question.

I want to route US calls to SP1 and international calls to SP2.
How can I do this?
I am using OBI110.

Through DigitMap. Have something like (1[2-9]x.) in Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A General, and ([2-9]x.) or (011x.) depending how you dial international in Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B General
