No Dial Tone but Making Outbound Calls is Fine

Starting today, when I pick up the handset, there is no dial tone. However, if I continue to dial the numbers, it will ring the receiver. All the phones, including cordless and corded, in the house show the same problem.

I found myself the answer. Problem is solved by rebooting the OBi110.
