How can I get GV's voicemail to pickup instead of callcentric ?

DB-ObiUser,
To summarize, is this what you are trying to accomplish:
Incoming call to CC --> Forwards to OBi device --> OBi forwards call to your GV number --> GV forwards call back to your OBi --> If call goes unanswered, then GV voicemail takes the call.
It sounds kinda roundabout to me if this is what you are trying to do. I guess an easier approach would be to have people call your GV number to start with, but perhaps this will not meet your needs.
Is this correct?

Close but this is what I am going for...
Incoming call to CC --> Forwards to OBi device --> OBi forwards call to your GV number --> If call goes unanswered, then GV voicemail takes the call.
If this works I will port my current vonage # to CC as I can't port it to GV (I can't use the port to to t-mobile or other carrier option... GV still won't take it).

DB-ObiUser,
Ahhh... (lightbulb moment) :) I see what you mean.
I wish we could determine who the "an automated message stating the caller is unavailable at this time" is... does it sound like the OBi Man? Does it sound like the Google Voice Lady? Or, is there any chance it is one of the other forwarding phones you have setup in GV... like a cell phone provider?
That may help clue us in to what's going on.
Just another thought,

The automated message is from CC.
I just need to route the incoming line from CC to the obi... That seems to work that is setup on SP2.
It rings, it is ringing. I think my problem is routing it to GV. That seems to be where I'm failing.
I have the Pay per Call (receive calls) option in callcentric... every time I test it I get billed .015 cents.
My hope is that when it hits the obi it could be routed to GV and I would be charged 0.00 cents.
I don't even know if that's possible.
If not I'm just going to suck it up and change the home phone #.

The Obi is going to answer the call and bridge it to GV. If the Obi answers the call you are going to get charged from CC, correct.
Normally every call coming into your google voice number will go to the GV voice mail after 25 seconds. Do calls direct to your google voice number go to VM after 25 seconds?
