I have an OBi100 with GV and I had an error message this morning whenever I wanted to make a call  "Your call has been rejected by the service provider. The reason is 5-0-0." I rebooted the OBi and it worked fine after that does anyone know what caused this error so in the future I can prevent it?

Thanks in advance,
Blacky

First, check to see if Google Talk is down.

Go to this website to find out:
http://www.google.com/appsstatus

If Google Talk is not down, try a reboot on your IP as follows:

  • On your phone dial ***1 to get your IP address
In your browser type in the IP address to log in
The userid is "admin" and the password is either "admin" or whatever you have defined it as in your obitalk profile.
    Look for the "Reboot" button.
Click it and in a few seconds my phone was working again.
Hope this helps!

I rebooted and it didn't help.....looks like the problem is Google's :(
