OBI110 Device shows as offline and cant make calls

This happened last night and nothing seems to correct the problem. Any ideas?

MurrayB:
This has happened to me a few times. I rebooted both the Obi and the modem. I found that the modem was the culprit. I am in the process of replacing the modem.
