i have bought the obi 110 device, and hookup both my ethernet and landline.

From time to time when i want to dial out, it ask me to dial 1 first and cannot complete my call.
and i have dial 1 in front of the number. Wonder what part of my setting is wrong.

Note. i have no issue if i disconnect my obi device and call out by connect landline directly to my phone.

thanks

The Obi must be missing a dtmf tone when dialing sometimes. It delivers exactly what you dial and you get the error from the land line service.

For the Line port, try increasing DialDelay from the default of 500 to 1000.

If you have been managing your OBi from the OBiTalk portal, use their Expert Configuration.

If you have disabled provisioning and have been logging into the OBi to manage it, then make this change the same way.

It does not work to make changes in both places.
