OBI202 sporadic unregistering

I have a 202 configured with two GV accounts, and two SIP accounts with a hosted PBX running PBXinaFlash

Every so often, at unpredictable times, I find that the device has unregistered both SIP connections. A simple reboot corrects the situation, but it may disconnect at any time without warning.

I have a PAP2 configured to the same PBX, and it stays connected without problems for weeks on end.

Any ideas? Settings?
