Short Beeps Dial Tone

Just installed the OBI10 using GV. Works great. I'm hearing about 10 short beep dial tones followed by the normal dialtone when I pick up the receiver. What does this mean? If it's a voicemail alert, is there a way to retrieve the messages on the handset without logging into Google Voicemail on a C?

clearing all your voicemail from your google voice account should clear the stutter dial tone. You can that by logging into your google voice and clicking on each message in your inbox. Dialing your google voice number from the Obi (using the same google voice service) should deliver you direct to your voicemail box.
