QOS on a Linksys RTP31P2

I have just received my obi110 and have it set up and working.  Overall it is working fine but the call quality is not quite as sharp and clear as my current vonage setup.   I am wondering if there are any QOS settings I should add or change to insure the best overall bandwidth and prioritization for the obi110 with google voice?

I have DSL w/384 kbps up, when I have a GV call and the total outgoing BW utilization is above 250 Kbps voice starts to break, I have since set qos=premium on my obi110 MAC address (dd-wrt router), so far so good, will report back when I have more experience on this setup
