Should SP2 show registered or connected

I've got GV set up on SP1 and Callcentric on SP2. GV shows connected and CC shows registered. I have a CC phone number that GV forwards to but I get no name and an "unavailable" message on my Directtv caller id. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sip provider like Callcentric should show "registered"

Does it work correctly if you call the CC number directly?  If not, what, if anything, shows in CC's call history?  In OBi's?

If calls direct to the CC number are ok, confirm that GV is set up to not forward to Google Chat and is set up to forward to the CC number.  If it still doesn't work, check CC and OBi history for the GV case.
