Fast Dial Plan

Hi,

Anyone knows where could I find a "Dial Plan" guide for Obihai110?

I would like to complete local calls faster (from Brasil). In this case I need:

Numbers with 8 digits OR Number with 9 digits starting with 9, add 5511 and complete the call with the primary configuration.

Any suggestions for it?
