This may be an odd question; but when I bought my Obi110 several years ago, I set it up with my Google Voice number, and I was wondering if without the GV number, there is an actual number assigned to my OBI110?

There is. It's the 9 digit number found on the bottom of the OBi110. This is used to call other endpoints by predialing  **9 and the 9 digit number of the other endpoint as in **9 200 123 456.
