Configure Obi with auto prov off for Michichan Telephony

I have Auto Provisioning turned off, but recently used Obitalk portal to replace GV with Michigan Telephony.  Obitalk portal shows Michigan Telephony on SP1 but I'm not getting Peer Name. 

I was wondering maybe the settings didn't change as I have auto provisioning off - how do make the changes via the local OBI web page portal instead - or at least verify?

I figured it out - configuring from back end instead of Obitalk portal:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol = SIP
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> Name = Simon
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> SIP -> ProxyServer = gvgw2.simonics.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> SIP -> RegistrarServer = gvgw2.simonics.com

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName = GVmynumber
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword = MyPassword
