Google Voice voicemail not triggering

I have an OBI110 set to use GV as SP1. When a call is made to the GV number, phone port rings, but the call never ends up in GV voicemail if nobody answers. GV is only set to use Google Talk. No other lines in GV are currently selected. Does another line need to be checked in GV in order for voicemail to trigger?

Note - 2 step verification is turned off and I'm testing calls from numbers not listed in the GV account's setup.

I accidentally ran into this myself. We welcomed it that way.

Thanks for that. I was mid-process of transferring numbers from one voice account to another. Calling out on Google chat fixed the problem.
