free DID in Vancouver Canada?

I think Freephoneline ( http://www.freephoneline.ca/ ) gives you Vancouver area tel numbers. You will not be able to setup the OBi unit without paying them a $50 one time fee for a configuration setting. However if you unconditionally forward all calls to your OBi/cell you should be able to work with that.
