Add new device to the dashboard without using a **5 on phone?

I prefer to manage my devices using the Obitalk dashboard. Today I went to provision a new obi110 for fxo using the **5 code, but my analog phone was broke.

- is there a manual way to force the unit to activate with the dashboard using its built in web gui?

I know how to fully configure a device without the dashboard, but I would prefer to have all devices activated on my dashboard.
