Update issue

Was wanting to make Line 1 on a OBI202 to ring to sprint cell number.  This is the what the obi tech state for me to do.
1. Go to www.obitalk.com -> click your OBi device -> Enter: OBi Expert
Configuration
2. Go to -> Voice Services -> SP1 Service
3. Set X_InboundCallRoute to:
{ph, sp1(Sprint number)}

This is what I need hit save and now it is not showing to be online.

But from the local pc I can ping the ip address.  Is there a way to remote reboot the unit?  I am 40 miles away and do not have anyone close by to reset it. 
When I ping it is comes up with 0 loss on the ip.

By submitting your config, it should have rebooted the OBi unit. The portal frequently shows offline. It may not be anything to worry about. Test it by making a call. See if it rings your Sprint phone as per your new config. I noticed that you need to give the OBi a lot of time to settle.

If the unit is offline you will be informed of this when you try to view details of the OBi unit from the OBi Expert Configuration.
