Dial plan to route TollFree calls

(1/1)

HMishra:
Hello,

I need to route tollfree numbers dialed on CallCentric through a different provider. How do I achieve it, with GV and without?

Thanks,
Hiranmoy

You could setup the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute to send the calls to GV or send them to your other selected provider using one of the VoiceGateways.

For example, assuming you have SP2 setup for SIP (i.e. CallCentric) using alcazarnetworks to place the calls:
Setup Voice Gateway 1 (vg1):
AccessNumber: SP2(tollfree.alcazarnetworks.com;op=ns)
DigitMap: (1xxxxxxxxxx|xx.)
AuthUserID: 15101231234 (the callerid you wish to send to the toll free number)

Modify the Phone OutboundCallRoute by adding {(1(800|855|866|877|888)[2-9]xxxxxx):vg1} near the front.

HMishra:
I guess I need some clarification.

My situation is as follows:

I have 2 Obi110 units, one with sp1 configured for GV and the other with sp1 configured for CallCentric to be able to use both lines at the same time independently. The GV unit is working fine and I am assuming the tollfree numbers dialed using it will go through ok.

I am asking about the digitmap required for CC to route tollfree calls on it to a another source since CC charges for tollfree calls. How do I accomplish this using the example you have mentioned using alcazarnetworks?

Thank you!

hwittenb:
On the OBi setup with CallCentric you setup the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute as posted.  If CallCentric is setup on SP1 you change SP2 to SP1 in the access number in the example shown.

HMishra:
Thanks, that helps. I will give it a shot.
