Access the OBi Device Management Web Page?

Hi,
  I'm trying to get to my OBI202 device management webpage by entering 192.168.1.120 in my browser. It is absolutely this IP. I have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. All three give me this error:

The requested URL was not found!

This is default right out of the box. I have changed nothing. It is awake, I pinged it and it answers with a 2ms delay.

Thoughts?

I own OBi 202 and GregoryZ is correct. By default web access is disabled and you need to enable it as mentioned in the post he linked to.

Thank you very much! I noticed that I can do everything in the advanced settings area of the Obitalk's website without going directly to the device via an IP address.

Hi,
   I'm not certain why but now that I have turned on web management I get to user name and password pop-up. Entering the default admin/admin doesn't let me in.

Thoughts? I don't even know how to change the defaults.
