My solution for 911 using Obi202 with Google Voice:

Check to see if your local 911 dispatch has a 10 digit emergency number as well.

Under Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> OutboundCallRoute ->

add the following to the call route:
{(<911:XXXXXXXXXX>):sp1},

Enter after {([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},

ALWAYS TEST USING A CELL OR OTHER NUMBER FIRST!

This is like an add on to 911. You still have to reach a call center by dialing 911. You have to check to see if your call center supports it.

Thats correct, thankfully my area offers a typical phone number to the same 911 dispatch center.

the idea is to find out a PSAP for your area and call that phone and find out if they allow emergency calls to that number.. if they do, then add it to your speed dial.. just stumbled across this thread ..--> http://forum.voxilla.com/threads/911-alternatives.7452/
