I have a issue of receiving incoming call, but the phone is OK with making outgoing call. Does anyone provide some hints? Thank.

Hunter...

What OBi Device are you using? (OBi100, OBi110, OBi202)
Who is your service provider? (Google Voice, CallCentric, etc.)

Are you just now setting up a new device, or is this a problem that has popped up?

Give us some info, so we can work to get you up and running.

Gregory,

I'm using OBI100. Google Voice is my provider. I set up it a while ago, but the problem just popped up. Thank you.

Best,

Check your dashboard to see if the service shows as connected.

Check the call history to see if the calls are coming into the Obi or not. If they are then the problem is at the Obi. If they are not, then the problem is at google voice.

Check your google voice to make sure Google Chat is still checked as a forwarding phone. If it is, toggle it by unchecking and then rechecking it.

Make sure you do not have any other program/app running that logs into your google account. (gamil, talkatone, GrooveIP etc.)
