My old land line provider, V, would set the Caller ID and or CNAM to these values -- (the words were capitals) ANONYMOUS, UNKNOWN and PRIVATE CALLER.
I notice with GV and CC setup with the CNAM
scheme this is not happening. Both "fields" on the handsets show all blank when an anonymous call comes in (have to double check Unknown). I was used to the V way of doing it, and I'd like to get it back to working that way.
I realize this is happening at the CC part of the call hand-off process.
Is there anything I'm missing in the CC dashboard configuration to address this, or is there something to do in the Obi202 that will fill in blank fields?
