Obi110 - Crashes over night

Ok, I did send them a support request a few days ago, do you know how long they usually take to respond?  thanks for your help.

I think I have fixed it, I reset all my settings in the OBI expert setup, then gave the Obi110 a factory reset and started again, not sure if I have set something up differently than last time, but it is now working brilliantly.  Thanks for your time.
