Help setting up with CIA/3WEB/distributel

I tried this a year ago or so ... not successful and had to drop it for a while. I am back and willing to try again.

I am stuck with CIA/3WEB/Distributel - long story.

While the don't offer an awful service, their support is, basically, nonexistent. Even so, I managed to get my old PAP2 and currently an SPA-2102 to work OK. No such luck with my new OBi202.(Previously I had tried with a Obi100.)

The message I get is "Register Failed:Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.68.17.30:5060; retrying)"

The server is accessible, and, as I said, if I unplug the OBi and plug the PAPT all is well.

Ask for any additional info, and I'll be happy to provide it. I have the provisioning file sent to my SPA-2102, which I would be happy to upload if anyone thinks it would help.

Thanks.

QBZappy:
I looked at the links that I sent you from DSLREPORTS. You might be able to figure out the equivalent settings on your own. It seems many of the terms are similar. Most of the other settings I suspect are standard and wont need to be changed. Have a look at what I sent you and get inspired.

Post back.
