What happens if you delete SP1/SP2?

I just want to know what happens if you delete SP1/SP2 say you made a terrible mistake in setting the service? Reason I ask is because I couldn't find the clear button for it. I just wanted to know what happens afterward?

Should revert to defaults on the device.
