telephone not ringing for incoming calls google voice Obi110

Guys I use an Obi110 with Google voice as of late I've started having problems where the phone does not ring. For example, if someone calls the phone they receive the message the Google voice subscriber is not available if I call from my cell phone it rings me through just fine also if I make a call from my gmail account it rings through. This is really strange because all of the call screening features are disabled so has anyone here seen this before? Also I updated to the latest firmware yesterday.

This would be a google voice problem, not an Obi problem. Sometimes google has trouble delivering calls to or from certain areas/numbers. The "google voice subscriber not available" is a generic message for any call that cannot be completed.

Ok well how do I go about trouble shooting this I don't see myself being able to contact Google due to the fact that they most likely don't support gv running over an Obi? Also the strange thing is I can call from my cell and it rings but no other number can get through.

Sometimes google has trouble delivering calls to or from certain areas/numbers.

This can be totally isolated and never change. There are certain numbers in the city next to me that can not call my google voice number. I don't know why. My insurance agent cannot call my number from his office, he can call from his cell phone. The local Staples store cannot call my number from the store.

Who knows why.
