Unable to dial out from phone attached to OBI

I am a new user.
For the past week, I was able to dial out from phone attached to OBI.
Today, I'm Unable to dial out from phone attached to OBI. After I dial a toll free number (or my cell phones), I hear nothing for 30 secs, followed by a busy signal.
I dial ***1 and I do not get a message saying what my IP address is.
I do hear a dial tone.
I am able to call my OBI phone from my cell phone. I am able to talk to my wife who answered my call to her OBI phone.
Please help.

the fact that no one has an answer tells me that my problem is unique to myself.
So I unplugged the power cord and phone line to my phone; that did the trick. I was able to dial out and to ***1. I was able to dial ***6 to update my firmware.
