cannot get the Obion202 to factory reset

Hi,
    I just received my device from Amazon (said it was 'unlocked' and I cannot get it to reboot to factory setting.

    I am using a large paper clip.  I can feel the 'click' inside. Plug it in. It turns solid red, then solid green, starts a slow green flash and then I release the reset button.  The slow green flash continues and ...no red.

    What am I doing wrong???   Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!

I got it reset finally! 

Solution:  After releasing the reset button the first time.  I kept the device plugged in and depressed the reset button a couple of more times.  The device began a fast green flash and then the light turned red, then green.

You need to depress the RESET button and hold it for about 10 seconds. The same is true for routers, wireless AP's, ... .
