I do most of my settings changes via local web interface - so I've disabled auto provisioning.

I recently deleted and added a SP from the Obitalk web site instead of local admin area, and it actually updated changes to my device.

I thought disabling provisioning would only allow changes form local admin site and ignore Obitalk.com web site?

Do you also have Auto Provisioning > ITSP Provisioning > Method = Disabled?
