Incoming calls won't stop ringing

I have missed a few phone calls in the past week. I would receive a voicemail, but not hear the phone ring.  I'm using Callcentric.  I think they are having issues.

So, I just ran a test, calling my # from my cellphone. Hanging up after it rings, and it continued to ring for, my guess is 60 sec.

Seemed like the same thing on an outgoing call. Calling my cellphone from my # ring once, and hang up. It continued to ring my cellphone, and left a voice message.

I am using an Obi110. Is this a callcentric issue? Obi Issue?  My issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I experience the same issue. Also have an obi110. This was working fine with my voip.ms account though, and nothing changed on the obi. Makes me think it is a callcentric issue, but their support has done little to fix the issue so far.
Any suggestions?

It was a CallCentric issue back in Oct and Nov when their servers were under attack. Such is no longer the case, and I've not had the issue since then.

No specific ideas. You always have the Obi call history log and call status page to determine if it's a CallCentric or an Obi issue. If you're a brand new user I'd also suggest Obi support.
